Hall slaves of Baldr
For the sake of role play continuity and to avoid the theatrics that can occur with unowned slaves… ALL unowned slave players on sim are technically claimed by the Hold the moment they are noticed by a Hold Player. Visitors may not capture or steal slaves without repercussions. Ghost Owner Characters (npcs that we cannot interact with) are not permitted as we find this leads to metagaming. Any Player that wishes to be sold or to leave Baldr is welcome to do so at any time and should ping Admins if they plan to move their story elsewhere.

NPC Crystal: has HUGE boobs and is kinda squat in height, she's a dirty blonde and is missing a canine tooth.
NPC Scarlett: Redhead who recently had lice, her hair is short and curly. She flirts with everyone, especially those fresh from the docks.. which is how she got the lice last time.
NPC Bosk: this thrall is a hulk of a simpleton. He’s been known to corner a bond and rut them silly. Virgins are tossed to him to help get rid of that pesky innocence. He works in the farm and does a lot of the top shelf and heavy supplies restocking.
Getting Started in the Hall:
How do you become a Hall Slave? Show up. This may involve a slight OOC conversation with one of the people above the salt. You can washup, be gifted as payment for safe harbor, have been born in Baldr, or submit in a bond circle in RP.
The Hall is the personal home of the Hold Jarl, and many of his family live within the large building. The upper lofts and lower cellar are private spaces which require an in-character invite to explore. Please respect all players' privacy and recognize that though you may see their dot or read their role play in your chat range unless you are in the room the most you might hear are muffled voices… unless they Shout.
Hall bonds are communal property and may be set to task by any Free of the Hold. Hall bonds are meant to be a display of community and wealth. Often hall bonds are the first interaction visitors encounter at the Hold as such it is appreciated when slaves help make visitors feel welcome and pointed in the right direction.

1. Intake & Injuries:
- Initial Intake Exam: while there are not slave papers per say, it is expected that bond will gain slave wine as hall slave pregnancies are restricted to Admin approval only. And lice checks or general illnesses would be noted and reported to Slaver/Overseer/Hall Mistress upon arrival.
- Whippings, Brandings, or Injuries would be reviewed by a Healer for proper medical treatment. There are several Healers of the Hold and slaves would have immediate access to the Hall infirmary. Lack of physicians online does not mean lack of proper care. Either pause in seeking medical treatment or ftb/npc that it happened. (i.e. if you break your arm that wouldn’t be left unattended for days)
2. Slave Attire:
- Collars do not need to be scripted and should not be scripted to any of the Free scripts are for you. Collars are a visual role play tool, not an ooc form of ownership, as such you, the Typer are in charge of your own collar. Please keep the collar in the theme of the sim meaning metal or sometimes leather.
- Inside the Hall: bonds are not required to be naked at all times but should strip if commanded to. The Hall would be warm and the need for many layers of clothing inside is unlikely.
- Outside the Hall: shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather is encouraged this is a four season sim.
- Bina is permitted the Jarls like pretty things try to beg beads and trinkets from them to decorate yourselves! Bonds are hard workers and while jewelry (bina) would absolutely be available for slaves to wear particle rezzers or excessively ornate/blingy items are not in theme. Admins reserve the right to request a change to adornments.
3. Chores and Service:
- No one is going to read pages of note cards for your alone chores! This is a role play sim we want people to role play with each other not log npc tasks.
- Communal Property: Hall bonds are kept in line by the Slaver and report to the Hall Mistress to serve the Chieftain's home.. the Hall is his home... Any Free may punish a hall bond though permanent damage should not be happening at random. Any issues should be brought to the Slaver.
- Merchants and Artisans: there are many Free such as the Baker or Brewer who are open to role play with slaves. Being part of a shop or tending the field can be a nice change of pace from the waitress role play.
- Meals: there is a menu posted in the Hall, leftovers from the day before and whatever is listed are available as well as a hearty stew and morning porridge. SLAVES EAT THE SAME FOOD AS THE FREE. You are not required to write out a whole cooking role play. Feel free to reasonably use the npcs Scarlet and Crystal for service if you are in lap and enjoying a story. You are not required to jump from person to person to hand them pretend food and drink all day every day. It is expected that Hall Slaves would be pleasing and inviting to visitors and offer good hospitality.
- Sex: This is a consent based sim, while Gor can be dark in nature and very sex driven if erotic role play (ERP) is not your jam we welcome you to wear a belt, hide in the kitchen or fields, or to slip out of the men's grasps. YOUR ERP BOUNDARIES MUST BE RESPECTED OR THE INTERACTION IS VOID please negotiate with your fellow players. Notify an Admin for any concerns.
4. Kennels
- The Hall Kennels are located beneath the Hall and an experience Teleport (under loft stairs in kitchen) automatically takes you "down a step ladder through a crowded storage tunnel and out into the cot room.
- The Kennel has access to both the Marauders Den and the Hall to enable slaves quick access to the two serving spaces from the centralized Kennel location.
- As sexual delightful creatures of Gor, Slaves are welcome to lure men back to the Marauders Den which is purposefully free men only space or to serve in Alcoves for fun sexy times. Sexual engagement in the Hall itself is permitted but may have consequences depending on who’s trying to eat their breakfast next to you. At the end of the day, the Free are held responsible for commands given to the slaves.
5. Private Ownership
- We understand that most players are looking for a more personal experience and that being a hall slave may be a stepping stone to a desired role play.
- Those interested in owning your character must engage the Slaver or Chieftain to purchase/barter for a two week rental. After rental if all parties still wish to move forward the sale is conducted. Rentals may be ended early by either player as this is a consent based sim.
- Slaves are welcome to continue contributing to the workload of the Hall regardless of private Ownership.
- Prices of slaves may vary.
6. Attitudes
- This is a consent based sim, that being kept in mind, bratting or outright rude behaviour towards players that are not interested in being your 'punishment facilitator' is rude roleplay etiquette. Poor behaviour will not receive abundant engagement as it is generally taxing to constantly have a disagreeable squeaky wheel to punish. We are here for players who build character and are happy to negotiate out a storyline that makes sense. This is not a BDSM sim and the Free are not your masochistic fulfillment tools.
- In character actions will receive in character consequences within reason. Any Player found to be shirking consequences by hiding behind their limits will be spoken with. FTB and playing out the aftermath is always an option.
- Negative thought emotes and general role play rudeness is discouraged here. Say what you are going to say or don't post it. Admins reserve the right to give a warning for this sort of issue. We are here to have a good time and not nitpick each other negatively.
- Jealousy while a part of role play should be kept to a minimum and in character only. All typers are here to have a fun story. Sexual interactions and private scenes happen and we aim to create a space where there is a positive outlook and cheer section mentality for those getting drug away to alcoves. Today it might be them, tomorrow it might be you... enjoy the story!
7. When in Doubt, RolePlay it Out!
- It is the express hope of Admins that players coming to Cliffs of Baldr as slave characters can find an enjoyable and engaging story. We recognize that playing a slave can be a thankless job and very stressful in large groups. Please take the break you need; drink water, go outside and touch grass, shake it off and log out when you need to.
